We are proud to announce that our restaurant exclusive Cab just took home "Double Gold" and "Best in Class" at the Uncorked wine competition. The judges likened it to a horse mid-gallop, or as the name suggests, a rocking block party with all your favorite neighbors. Bright, punchy red berry and pomegranate flavors burst from the nose, with a hint of oak spice and garden herbs. The barrel influence increases on the palate, with spices like anise, peppercorn, cinnamon, and fennel joining flavors of baker's chocolate and blackberry. Grippy tannins, ultrabright acidity, and a soft body denote that this wine can be aged longer despite the fact it's in a screwcap closure. Drink now after decanting, or cellar through 2025.
